Kelly McCloskey
Kelly McCloskey is one of Australia's leading Feng Shui experts and an internationally accredited Master with the International Feng Shui Association, known for her strategic, results-driven application of classical Feng Shui. With two decades of real-estate expereince, she delivers bespoke, evidence-based strategies that elevate performance, functionality and long-term asset value across premium residential, commercial and development projects.
As a long-time local of Melbourne’s City of Port Phillip, Kelly’s career began in real estate at just 19 when she sold her first property – a modest two-bedroom unit in Richmond. Over her 17-year career, Kelly’s natural ability and drive quickly saw her rise to become one of the highest-performing agents selling some of Melbourne’s most prestigious homes.
During her years in real estate, one pattern became impossible to ignore: certain properties consistently cycled through owners facing similar challenges - financial strain, relationship breakdowns, and ongoing health concerns. These patterns revealed a clear connection between the built environment and occupant expereince, ultimately inspiring Kelly to pursue classical Feng Shui as a strategic tool for shaping better property performance.
In 2013, she founded her practice, originally known as The Feng Shui Girl (now rebranded under her own name), with a mission to reposition Feng Shui as a sophisticated and commercially relevant discipline – not the pop-culture version of lucky cats and crystals. By integrating classical methodology with spatial analysis and design thinking, Kelly bridges architecture, performance and investment to create spaces that excel both functionally and financially.
Today, she advises on premium residential and commercial projects across Australia, offering high-level guidance from early design and planning to construction reviews, remedial audits, pre-sale optimisation and long-term asset strategy. Beyond property, Kelly supports her private clients in improving cash flow, relationships, health, fertility and even academic performance through targeted spatial and energetic adjustments. Valued for her clarity, practicality and sharp sense of humour, Kelly translates ancient wisdom frameworks into precise, grounded recommendations that support tangible and actionable outcomes.
A dynamic and engaging speaker, Kelly has delivered Feng Shui Masterclasses, including bespoke series for brands, and served as a keynote speaker at YPO events. Her digital presence and live events have built a highly engaged audience drawn to her modern, grounded and strategic approach to Feng Shui within the built environment.
Outside of her work, Kelly is relaxing at her beach house in Surf Coast Lorne, with her husband and two sons, also regularly volunteering at local refuges during her travels. She is also a passionate art collector, curating pieces that reflect not only her identity, but her future vision – a practice she views as an extension of intentional living.
