Thibaut Chuzeville

With nearly 15 years of experience across some of the world’s most esteemed fine dining institutions, Thibaut Chuzeville brings precision, polish and deep industry knowledge to his role as General Manager at LK Hospitality, where he oversees venues Yugen Dining, Omnia Bistro & Bar, and YTB.

Born and raised in Compiègne in northern France, Chuzeville began his hospitality career at one of the most storied restaurants in the world, Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, where he trained in the rigorous standards of three Michelin-star service. His next move took him to the UK, where he joined Heston Blumenthal’s internationally renowned The Fat Duck Group in Bray, Berkshire as Head Waiter, further honing his attention to detail and commitment to world-class guest experiences.

In 2017, Chuzeville relocated to Melbourne, quickly making his mark at Vue de Monde, one of Australia’s most iconic dining rooms. There, he rose through the ranks from Head Waiter to Deputy Restaurant Manager and was also named Tea Sommelier – a role that reflected his passion for tea and an encyclopaedic knowledge spanning four continents.

In 2021, Chuzeville joined LK Hospitality, playing a key role in the opening of Yugen Dining and Yugen Tea Bar – Melbourne’s first contemporary tea destination, where he continued his role as Tea Sommelier. Known for his thoughtful leadership style and high standards, Chuzeville was appointed General Manager of LK Hospitality’s venue portfolio in late 2023. Today, he oversees all operations across the group’s dining and event venues, ensuring consistency of service, innovation in offering, and a truly elevated guest experience at every touchpoint.
