Trinity Scarf

Founder and Director of Trinity Curated Wellness

Trinity Scarf is the Founder and Director of Trinity Curated Wellness, a new, urban sanctuary in Fortis’ South Melbourne development, Thomson House. A long-held vision of Trinity’s, the space will bring exceptional wellness experiences and diverse therapies for clients, offering everyday moments of respite for busy people.

A former National Communications Director, Trinity has a 25-year career in marketing communications spanning sectors including fashion, lifestyle, tourism and health. A self-confessed health enthusiast, passionate about holistic living and dedicated to improving the well-being of others, Trinity has always been curious about ways to self-optimise.

Between 2012 and 2020, Trinity launched three wellness businesses whilst balancing her professional career. She developed Conscious Culture, a holistic health and well-being solution for the corporate sector, Ask Trinity Wellness Travel, a consulting service matching individuals to health retreats worldwide, and a TV pilot, Well Travelled, focussing on health and wellness destinations worldwide.

Quickly gaining momentum, Ask Trinity Wellness Travel arranged wellness holidays for over 40 clients in its first year. In 2014, with Conscious Culture, Trinity delivered a three-day wellness retreat in Byron Bay for 50 members of Australia’s Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO), including Red Balloon founder Naomi Simson and Showpo founder Jane Lu.

After dedicating herself to wellness, the universe opened up for Trinity. In 2023, Fortis Director Charles Mellick expressed the company’s interest in the wellness space after having sent some of the Fortis directors on wellness retreats. Feeling a deep calling, Trinity presented a proposal the next day, envisioning the first urban sanctuary for Fortis, offering significant value for residents and tenants.

Trinity Curated Wellness marks the beginning of a long-term narrative and is the genesis of future expansions. Prioritising self-care and reflection, Trinity embodies the wellness principles she advocates. Her approach is about testing and adapting, seeking customer feedback, and continually improving services to meet clients’ wellness goals.
